3D printed in ASA
Our Hood Bolt Permanent Wrench, is a 3D printed wrench with a permanently installed steel bolt, replacing the OEM bolt that secures the hood on the Fisker Ocean closed.
To install, first remove the OEM bolts.
Fully extend the steel bolt in the Permanent Wrench. Insert the bolt where you just removed the OEM bolt, and screw it in until finger tight.
Push the Permanent Wrench in about half way until it rotates freely.
Rotate the Permanent Wrench until the straight part is aligned with the similarly shaped opening in the front of your Ocean.
Lightly push inward and rotate a little left and right until you catch a groove that aligns with the opening. If slight adjustment is needed, fully extend the Permanent Wrench again and tighten or loosen the screw in desired direction.
When the straight part of the Permanent Wrench is properly aligned with the similarly shaped hole, push the Permanent Wrench in all the way.
The bolt it's secure and unable to unscrew itself.
To remove the bolt again. Fully extend the Permanent Wrench, and unscrew counter clockwise until fully removed.
Please don't use excessive force when tightening the bolt. Our Permanent Wrench is made of ASA, which is strong and durable, but still a "plastic" and still not as strong as the steel bolt inside.

ASA (Acrylonitrile Styrene Acrylate) is a durable thermoplastic known for it's high UV resistance, temperature resistance and strength.
