The inside bottom is lined with felt for a pleasant look and feel and It fits perfectly around the taco tray, and doesn't interfere with the USB-A or USB-C plugs or any cables that you might want to have connected.
If you wish to use the taco tray, just lift the organizer, unfold the tray, and put the organizer back in the center console.
